Apartments, kept like a hotel
Skyline Residences is a tower of 150 serviced apartments on Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard, five minutes on foot from the Dubai Fountain. It was built for the guest who is staying longer than a weekend — the consultant on a three-month project in DIFC, the family between homes, the couple who winter in the sun — and who wants the space of an apartment without giving up the care of a five-star hotel.
Every residence, from the 52 m² studios to the duplex penthouses on the 58th and 59th floors, has its own kitchen, a washer-dryer, a real desk and fibre Wi-Fi. Housekeeping comes every day. Downstairs, the concierge stocks your fridge before you land, registers your car and keeps your parcels; The Pantry bakes in the morning and the Sky Deck pours fresh juice by the pool all afternoon.

Dubai International is about 20 minutes by car outside rush hour. We can arrange a private transfer; penthouse stays include return transfers.
Do you allow pets?
We are sorry, pets are not allowed in the residences. Assistance dogs are welcome — let us know when you book.
What taxes are added to the rate?
Rates are shown before tax. VAT at 5% and a 10% service charge are added to the bill, along with the Dubai municipality fee and Tourism Dirham charged on every stay in the emirate.
Are children welcome?
Very. Cots, high chairs and a children's pool are free, and babysitting can be arranged through the concierge. The two-bedroom residences and penthouses suit families best.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation is free up to 72 hours before arrival. After that, the first night is charged. Non-refundable and long-stay rates have their own terms, shown when you book.
