How do I get here from the airport?
Dubai International is about 20 minutes by car outside rush hour. We can arrange a private transfer; penthouse stays include return transfers.
Do you allow pets?
We are sorry, pets are not allowed in the residences. Assistance dogs are welcome — let us know when you book.
What taxes are added to the rate?
Rates are shown before tax. VAT at 5% and a 10% service charge are added to the bill, along with the Dubai municipality fee and Tourism Dirham charged on every stay in the emirate.
Are children welcome?
Very. Cots, high chairs and a children's pool are free, and babysitting can be arranged through the concierge. The two-bedroom residences and penthouses suit families best.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation is free up to 72 hours before arrival. After that, the first night is charged. Non-refundable and long-stay rates have their own terms, shown when you book.
Is there parking?
Yes. Each residence has one space in the residents' car park, with valet parking at the lobby for visitors. Penthouses have two spaces.
How often is the residence cleaned?
Every day. Linen and towels are changed twice a week, or more often if you ask. Long-stay guests can choose a lighter schedule if they prefer privacy.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 12 noon. Early arrival and late departure can usually be arranged on request, subject to availability.
Do you offer weekly and monthly rates?
Yes. Stays of seven nights or more are priced weekly and stays of 28 nights or more monthly, and the nightly equivalent falls the longer you stay. Utilities, Wi-Fi and housekeeping are included. Send us your dates for a quote.
