Staying a while
Most of our guests are here for longer than a holiday: a project in DIFC, a family relocating while the villa is fitted out, a winter away from somewhere colder. Skyline Residences is set up for exactly that.
What a long stay includes
- Weekly and monthly rates, lower per night the longer you stay — ask us for a quote for your dates.
- Utilities and Wi-Fi included: electricity, water, district cooling and fibre internet, with no meter readings and no deposits to chase.
- Daily housekeeping, with linen and towels changed twice a week.
- A full kitchen and a washer-dryer in every residence, from the studios up.
- One bill, in AED, weekly or monthly as you prefer.
Settling in
On the day you arrive, the concierge can stock the fridge from a list you send ahead, register your car for the residents' car park and set up a parcel locker in your name. If you are relocating, we will also point you to schools, clinics and the RTA office nearest the tower.
