Three ways to eat
Every residence has a full kitchen, and plenty of our guests use it. For the evenings you would rather not, there is no need to leave the tower.
The Pantry at Skyline
Our all-day café and deli on the ground floor, open 6:30am to 11pm. Breakfasts, sourdough from the bakery next door, salads, and a shelf of groceries — milk, eggs, fruit, good olive oil — for the residence kitchen.
In-Residence Dining
A short menu served at your door 24 hours a day: Arabic mezze, grills, pastas, a proper club sandwich and a children's menu. Call from the residence phone or order through the guest app.
A chef in your kitchen
Penthouse guests, and any residence by arrangement, can book a private chef to cook in the residence — a family dinner, an iftar for twelve, a birthday. Give us two days' notice and we will plan the menu with you.
