The Boardroom is a quiet, daylit room on level 3 with a single walnut table for fourteen, Herman Miller chairs, a 75-inch screen with video conferencing and a whiteboard wall. Coffee, fresh juice and pastries from The Pantry are set out before you arrive, and lunch can be served in the room. Residents can book it by the hour; the price shown is for a half day.

Hire terms

A 30% deposit confirms the date; the balance is due seven days before the event. Final numbers are needed 72 hours ahead and are the minimum charged. Cancellation more than 14 days ahead refunds the deposit in full; inside 14 days the deposit is kept. Outside catering and amplified music on the terrace are not permitted.
