The space

By day the Residents' Lounge is a quiet room for reading, working and coffee. In the evening it can be taken privately for up to 40 seated or 80 standing, with its terrace over the boulevard. Our chef plans a menu with you — canapés, an Arabic buffet or a seated dinner — and the concierge handles flowers, music and parking for guests. The price shown is the evening hire; catering is quoted separately.

Hire terms

A 30% deposit confirms the date; the balance is due seven days before the event. Final numbers are needed 72 hours ahead and are the minimum charged. Cancellation more than 14 days ahead refunds the deposit in full; inside 14 days the deposit is kept. Outside catering and amplified music on the terrace are not permitted.
