DIFC is ten minutes away and Business Bay is closer still, so many of our residents are here for work. We have tried to make the tower somewhere you can do it properly.
In the residence
- An oak desk and an ergonomic chair in every residence, with sockets and USB-C at hand height.
- Fibre Wi-Fi throughout, fast enough for video calls from every room.
- A 27-inch monitor, keyboard and mouse delivered on request, at no charge.
In the building
- The Boardroom on level 3 seats fourteen around one table, with a 75-inch screen and video conferencing. Residents can book it by the hour.
- The Residents' Lounge has quiet corners and good coffee through the day.
- Printing, scanning and courier collection at the concierge desk.
