The room
There are six Three-Bedroom Penthouses, at the top of the tower, and each is a duplex. The lower floor is for living: a double-height salon with six-metre glass, a chef's kitchen with a separate scullery, a dining table for eight and a wraparound terrace that takes in the Burj Khalifa, the fountain lake and, on a clear morning, the Gulf.
Upstairs are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom: two kings — the principal suite has a dressing room and a bath set against the glass — and a twin room for children. A study, a powder room, a laundry room and a staff room with its own shower complete it, with a private lift lobby at the door.
Penthouse guests have a residence manager, airport transfers in both directions and the in-residence chef service on request.
